Toronto Kimono Dressing Class

"Had the opportunity to take a private kimono dressing lesson with Hiroko. Learned some tips and tricks to dress myself in kimono beautifully--and filled in some gaps that I didn't know I had in my kimono dressing knowledge. Thank you so much Hiroko-san! “ I've been to a few of them! Hiroko Sensei is super great and friendly! Her kitsuke classes are really thorough and fun! She explains every step in detail and shows tricks for difficult parts. Every class also has enough time dedicated to self practice where you can try with her guide. She lends out the entire kimono/obi/kitsuke items for classes too if you don't have kimonos of you own or if you're missing key items. It's definitely worth going! Most participants in the sessions I went to speak Japanese and since I can understand and want to learn the process in the Japanese language, I didn't request English explanations, but Hiroko Sensei offers English explanations if it's requested.”
